I'm a D cup and prefer normal seamless material like one you can find in uniqlo. but i appreciate that the sponge is sewn together on the cup, not the kind of cheap bra where the sponges can move around/removable. recommended for those with reallt heavy chest. this would definitely give you the support you need.
